What is the #1 way to avoid getting hungry while your striving to reach your weight loss goals?

 

The answer is very simple: Plan To Eat!

 

Planning to eat is an absolute deal breaker, when it comes to losing weight.  Planning your meals will help you  avoid scrounging for something to eat, anytime you get hungry.  And every time you scrounge, you increase the chances of consuming the wrong foods.

 

Listen, I know planning to eat may seem daunting, but it's actually easier than you think.  Here is what you should do:

 

  • Always keep healthy snacks in arms reach – This will eliminate the possibility of grabbing a bag of chips or eating a Snickers caramel cream bar.
  • Add green tea to your arsenal of healthy drinks – Green tea is a great resource that helps reduce hunger.
  • Eat every 3 hours, even if you're NOT hungry – Eating every 3 hours will kick your metabolism into high gear and it'll train your body to burn more calories.
  • Chew gum – If you get hungry in between meals, stick a piece of chewing gum in your mouth.  Gum typically helps your hunger pangs.
  • Finally, decrease your T.V time – Statistics show that the more television a person watches, the more food they eat.  For some reason people equate television to food.  If you decrease the amount of time you spend in front of the tube, you won't get hungry as often.

 

This is a great list to get you started.  Planning to eat is easier than you think.  Just try it!
