			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Someone suggested to me that I give the <a href="http://www.raisethebarfitness.com/?page_id=563" class="broken_link">Chalean Extreme </a>workout system a try since I was in the market of losing weight. They knew I always wanted to learn kickboxing or something that would give me some type of lean muscle tone. I really wanted something that would be both fun for me and beneficial to my body.</p>
<p>When it was suggested I use this I though it was just another cardio workout that would become mundane and frustrating for me. Since I am a heavier girl it is hard for me to jump around or to reach my toes. Needless to say I was not really looking forward to doing this but I did give it a try. I was so worried that I would not be able to lift the weights or that I would not be able to keep up with the DVD.</p>

<p>Imagine my surprise when I found out that the system was really fun and not as difficult as I had thought. The instructor was very pleasant and helped to keep my energy up without giving me the jittery feeling. I found it a relief to know there were three DVD&#8217;s to switch through. This helped to keep the routine new and give your body some change to keep loosing weight. Since getting this amazing workout set I have lost about fifteen pounds so far and have gained that sleek sexy muscle tone I was always dreaming about. I am officially halfway to my dream body.</p>

<p>P90X home workout program is a home exercise plan which aims at great physique through intense interval training.  The program was developed by Tony Harton in alliance with Beachbody. The program is a whole body fitness program and consists of cardio, strength training and stretching exercises.</p>
<p>This is divided into three 30 days phases.  It also consists of a nutrition and supplementary plan. Thus <a href="http://www.raisethebarfitness.com/?p=16">P90X</a> has all the elements which are effective for fitness, strength and weight loss.</p>
<p>There are cardio exercises to burn the calories and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resistance_training">resistance training</a> to gain strength.  Along with it there is a guide to nutrition in order to fuel your body. The main aspect of the P90X program is an advanced technique called “Muscle Confusion”. This means that there is constant introduction of new moves hence you do not get bored and there is a variety of ways to keep yourself motivated and fit.</p>
