The P90X chest, shoulders, and triceps workout is phenomenal! I absolutely loved it.
In this workout, Tony has you do 24 different exercises, each at either 8-10 reps or 12-15 reps, depending on your weight loss goals. Since I’m trying to get lean, I did 12-15 reps. Towards the end of the workout, I could only get about 10 reps in.
No exercise is repeated during this routine, which means you change exercises ever 60 -90 seconds.

Wow! I feel great! P90X’s Kenpo X was really fun and full of new moves. I normally don’t like workouts that focus on punching and kicking, but today’s workout gave me a new impression.
First, Kenpo X starts out with a really good stretch routine. It focuses allot on stretching the lower body, namely the back, hamstrings, quadriceps, and calves. Now, I must admit, I’m probably the most inflexible person in the world. I can barely bend over and touch my toes. So, stretching is a very hard task for me. …
