<p>It consists of intensive strength training and cardiovascular workouts using circuits, plyometrics, intervals, core, yoga, and stretching workouts. Just like the Turbo Fire workout, the P90X workout program utilizes twelve DVD workouts to guide users in the types of exercises to work on. The workout program divides the workouts into three thirty-day stages and includes a dietary and nutrition supplement plan. The nutrition plan complements the exercise program. <br />

<p>In the first thirty days, the program requires that a person eat high levels of proteins and low carbohydrates.
