P90X home workout program is a home exercise plan which aims at great physique through intense interval training.  The program was developed by Tony Harton in alliance with Beachbody. The program is a whole body fitness program and consists of cardio, strength training and stretching exercises.

This is divided into three 30 days phases.  It also consists of a nutrition and supplementary plan. Thus P90X has all the elements which are effective for fitness, strength and weight loss.
