How good is the Insanity Workout?

There’s allot of huge rage in the media about one of Beachbody’s newest products i.e. Shaunt T’s Insanity Workout Program.

Here’s is my opinion……..Absolutely butt kicking!

Now, I don’t even have the product in my hand yet, but my sister-in-law invited me over to workout with her this week and we worked out with Shaun T.   We worked out hard and were drenched with sweat when we were done.  All I can say is buckle your seat belts and get ready to get your butt whipped.

I thought this workout wouldn’t be that hard for me, since I’m already apart of a bootcamp.  But what Shaun T made me realize is that the bootcamp I’ve been going to is a complete piece of cake, compared to Insanity.  We aren’t doing nearly as many up-downs, knee tucks, jump squats, butt kicks, bare crawls as Shaun T makes you do.

Here’s the bottom line – This workout is not for the weak and weary.  This workout is not for people with severe back problems, knee issues, or shoulder issues.  It’s for people who are ready to set everything aside, clear their minds, and bring everything in their hear and soul to the table.

If you’re not one of them, then consider something more like P90x or even Tony Horton’s 10 mintue trainer.
