P90X – Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps will Ripp you away!

The P90X chest, shoulders, and triceps workout is phenomenal!  I absolutely loved it.

In this workout, Tony has you do 24 different exercises, each at either 8-10 reps or 12-15 reps, depending on your weight loss goals.  Since I’m trying to get lean, I did  12-15 reps.  Towards the end of the workout, I could only get about 10 reps in.

No exercise is repeated during this routine, which means you change exercises ever 60 -90 seconds.

I decided to count the number of reps I had completed by the end of this workout and I came up with roughly 288 reps.  That’s allot and I’m very proud of myself.  I’m getting stronger and stronger as I progress through the P90X workout program!
