P90X Lean – What is it and Who is it for?
P90x Lean is for people who want a more cardio-based workout. Normally, people who want or need to lose more weight/fat choose the P90X Lean version of the P90x plan. This routine is a little less intense than the P90X classic version, but you will still achieve a high level of results, if and only if, you follow the program all the way through.
Here is what the P90X Lean sequence consist of:
Weeks 1-3:
- Day 1 = Core Synergistics
- Day 2 = Cardio X
- Day 3 = Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
- Day 4 = Yoga X
- Day 5 = Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
- Day 6 = Kenpo X
- Day 7 = Rest or Stretch
Wee 4:
- Day 1 = Yoga X
- Day 2 = Core Synergistics
- Day 3 = Kenpo X
- Day 4 = X Stretch
- Day 5 = Cardio X
- Day 6 = Yoga X
- Day 7 = Rest or X Stretch
Phase 2…….
Weeks 5 – 7:
- Day 1 = Core Synergistics
- Day 2 = Cardio X
- Day 3 = Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X
- Day 4 = Yoga X
- Day 5 = Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

P90x Lean results are just as good as P90X classic, as long as you follow the entire program. Nutrition is also very important. Follow the P90X nutrition plan, along with doing the workout, and your results will look similar to:
