I am 57, am 25 # overweight, and over the last few years have worked out with trainers periodically and been in better shape and feeling good at times and at other times backsliding into bad habits.
I would like to try a new approach, however I now travel extensively for work so would need to work out on the road and match your nutrition plan to eating out.
Could P90X work for me while traveling and at home?

Josh,

The nutrition plan, fitness guide, and calender should have come in your P90x package. Are you saying it didn't come with your purchased P90x DVD set?

PJ,

You can by all means stick with the P90x program and cancel your gym membership. Here's why......If you do the P90x workout program as designed, you really won't have a need for a gym. You are suppose to do P90x 6 days a week and rest on Sundays. This means you're getting plenty of workouts in.

I hope this helps.

Erik,

If you don't need to lose much weight or fat, then yes, start with level 2. But still limit your carbohydrate intake. This will eliminate the possibility of you gaining allot of fat around your waist. I hope this helps.

Neil,

Thanks for contacting me!

To answer your question, P90x does not sell the nutrition guide, fitness guide and the "How To Bring It Video" separately from the actual DVD's.
These items are all packaged in the original box that should have come with your DVD's.

Are you saying these items didn't come in your DVD package?
