Great article, and your points are dead on. This is easily the best workout program I have come across, everyone I know that has completed it has achieved even better results than their original goal, and how often does that happen?
I have a very phys. and demanding job of running and doing moast af the work, of a tree trimming sevice. In 2007 i have had a very severe wreck in a truck, whitch had left me with a broken back. Ever since, i have suffered with severe pain. I saw the info com. and saw the comments witch were made by the man with a broken neck. My back has definitly got some week points in it now. I would like to see if your progarm will help me rebuild my core andget me back to a suitable condition. I m in pretty good shape for an old man but would like to know if YOU, TONY, realy think this program would be safe and effective for me. My 1st suggestion is to consult your doctor. P90x is a strenuous weight lifting program and it will definitely build your core. But I think your physician will be the perfect person to answer your question. I don’t know how your back has recovered, therefore I’m not at liberty to give you a go ahead to start the program.
