P90X Yoga
If you think this is a weak workout, then you’re absolutely wrong! The P90X yoga workout will make you sweat. There’s allot of stretching, twisting, and you’ll hold all types of unfamiliar positions.
If you’ve never done yoga before, like me, then this will be a very challenging workout. You will stretch your body into positions that you never thought you could. Here is a list of some stretches and poses Tony will have you do:
