Protein Shakes: Not just Chalky Powders

Whenever I used to think of a protein shake I would almost cry. I never wanted to have to drink that nasty, dry, chalky mess you see in health food stores. So needless to say I went on a hunt to find out great alternative and natural ways to get protein.

While on this search I found out that there are plenty of brands that come pre mixed and have the most amazing flavor you have ever tried. The variety of flavors that they come in is amazing. I especially love the chocolate banana flavored protein shakes.

That is a great way to start my morning and get all the nutrition I need after my intense workout. Not to mention this is a great quick way to have a breakfast on the go for those who can’t work out and fix a big meal for themselves. They are truly a great time saver.
