Slim in 6: Not just for us girls!

So I bought the Slim In 6 workout set a while back and I started the routine thinking, “how in the world will I find time to do this six days a week?” To my surprise it was really easy, well not the exercises but keeping up with it.  The exercises were a bit hard for me at first as I have not done any type of exercise before but I was able to stick with it.

One of the other concerns was how do I stick to a diet while having to cook for my hubby? Well to my surprise he actually liked the food that was suggested in the program guide and got curious about what type of exercise I was doing. So being the wonderful wife that I am I suggested that he work out with me one day just to try it.

Wouldn’t you know that he ended up loving the program and has been doing the exercises with me everyday now. We both love it to death and have seen some good results with it, not to mention have become closer now then we ever were.

It even help spark up a little romance between the two of us which in my book ladies, is always a great incentive to keep going.
