Wanna know what I ate today? Here it is!

I’ve decided to “raise the bar” with my dieting.  Here is what I ate today:

  1. 4 egg whites
  2. 1/4 cup of oatmeal
  3. Shakeology meal replacement
  4. 4 0z. Chicken Breast
  5. Green Beans
  6. 1 Banana
  7. Grilled Chicken Salad with leafy lettuce
  8. 4 egg whites
  9. 1 Whey Protein shake

I know this may seem boring, but if you’re anything like me, you want extreme results.  Well in order to get extreme results, you have to be willing to sacrifice and make adjustments.  P90X is the real deal, as long as you follow the program and give 100% of yourself!
